As the President and Founder Member of El Salvador Aerospace Institute - ESAI. I wish to thank all those who have contribute to El Salvador’s Aerospace National Plan. Our culture of work is characterized by fundamental principles of ethic, leadership & commitment toward the fulfillment of ESAI - Mission and Vision. The aim to develop essential roots in the fields of Science & Technology in El Salvador motivates us to unify efforts and create a culture of cooperative networking with Organizations, Governments, Academia, Industry and Citizens. We envision one of the largest Aerospace Hub Think Tank unique in its class headquartered in El Salvador and assisting the Central American region. The concept of our Institute is simple: We promote cooperativism to grow as a Salvadoran Think Tank Organization with project-ideas concerning STEM (Science Technology Engineering Math).
The opportunity to represent ESAI is unique and automatically creates a mindset of global projects well synchronized plans, design of objectives, generational integration, innovation and particular & robust list of strategies to develop the Aerospace Industry in El Salvador. Our participation in worldwide events related with Aerospace activities, demand us leadership and the following of chronological tasks as the backbone to run real-time and non-real-time projects. The target of ESAI also include an extensive Networking List of Organizations, Countries, Governments, People among others as it is our best effort to strengthen El Salvador’s Aerospace Academic & Industrial Projects.
We proudly host one the most remarkable moments in the history of El Salvador and its Aerospace activities; leading the First National Aerospace Plan that promotes Projects, Development and International Cooperation in partnership with the National and International supporters; day by day we enhance the field of Research, Development and Innovation (R&D+I), our inspiration also includes presentations among big players of the Aerospace Industry.

Our Institute represents El Salvador as a country, we effort to lead every single project with professional staffs who are involve in different fields. The aims is to develop core scientific and technical disciplines to better understand the stages of planning, acquisition, robust knowledge of space assets and other systems

ESAI continuously collaborates with Universities, Colleges, Primary & Secondary levels, Citizens, Altruist Donors, among other Private & Public Sectors. The World of Sphere Projects:
Sphere-1 Project
Sphere-1: It is more than balloons, we called the first effort totally developed in El Salvador looking at the gates of space and encourage new generations to study and specialize in any of the STEM fields.
Sphere-2 Project
Sphere-2: With this second trial, we focus to leverage main projects with an initial diameter of 2 meters and a payload of 2 kg, the "Sphere-2" probe wore a GoPro camera, GPS equipment and Yaesu VX-8GR to provide communications APRS.
Sphere-3 Project
Sphere-3: To improve our projects, we launch the Sphere 3; it was a project with elevation of the probe and performance of approximately 30 kms, the landing was in the mountainous area between panchimalco and mil cumbres, La Libertad, El Salvador, Central America.
Top Projects
Torogoz-Project
The Torogoz Sounding Rocket Project is a Research Program involving Universities, Students, Governments, Industries and Society.
The objective is to develop a series of civilian sounding rockets with increasing complexity and capability that sequentially expand our understanding of atmospheric and spaceflight and allow us to develop tools, methodologies and infrastructure in order to ultimately launch a sounding rocket capable of reaching a sub-orbital flight.
Aerospace Cluster/ Hubs-Project
ESAI has the envision to built the largest Aerospace Cluster/ Hubs-Project in the Eastern of the country, geographically located at La Union.
This is a series of facilities complex integrated by the Public-Private Partnership Model.
In partnership with LAA GLOBAL; a Private Consulting Company; ESAI obtain support to lead as the top institution that promotes Call for Investments (CFI) and Land Lease Proposals (LLP) in El Salvador. Some of the main activities from LAA GLOBAL to support ESAI, with focus on:

SalSat-Project
The first Salvadoran satellite as a bid to open new opportunities and paths for space engineering in the country.
The project includes, special facilities designed for well communication and gather images of the geographical area of the country and other regions as well.
STEAM-Programs and Projects
ESAI is committed to find the mechanism to guarantee global partnership, it is the fundamental reason of our Institute, we believe that by strengthening our international networking, the local economy of El Salvador increase its potential for a better life of citizens. Robotics-Smart Factory and IR 4.0
Through the international cooperation, with this project our top priority is global leaders with a basic model of acquiring equipment in order to minimize the major barrier to Industry 4.0 deployments in El Salvador.
In El Salvador, the majority of industries are not connected to a network of procedures. ESAI works toward the unification of Information within the concept of Automation.
